But here’s the catch: The recipient must play his gifted game within one week’s time regardless of quality or malicious intent on part of the benefactor. The presents have been figuratively wrapped with care, awaiting this very day– Christmas– to be opened. What a great way to do Christmas presents! You get to give someone something you really like, while at the same time sort of forcing that someone to play something that might be slightly out of their normal gaming tastes. I look forward to hearing how you all got along with the games.
Coincidentally, I bought 2 copies of To The Moon, kept one for myself and gifted the other to my brother-in-law so that we could both play it and discuss it when we next see each other.
I’ve finished To the Moon and reeeeaaaaally want to discuss it over the next podcast, but I’m afraid we’ll have to keep details at a minimum lest Bryan and Cameron become infected with spoilers.
